The Amalfi Coast's Hidden Anchorages

Every August, the anchorages off Positano fill by mid-morning. Our captains have spent years quietly charting alternatives — coves reachable only by tender, with water clear enough to see the seabed at fifteen metres.

Nerano, tucked beyond the tourist trail, remains a favourite for a late lunch ashore. Further south, the coastline past Cetara offers near-empty anchorages even in peak season, with none of the compromise on scenery.

These are the routes we build into itineraries only when a guest explicitly wants to avoid the crowds — a quiet cove is worth more than any yacht club terrace.
