Seven Star Leisure Yachts & Boat Rental L.L.C.
Terms of Use
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of sevenyachts.com, including all pages, content, features, enquiry forms and services made available through the website.
The website is operated by Seven Star Leisure Yachts & Boat Rental L.L.C., trading as Seven Yachts, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Trade Licence number 790906 and Tax Registration Number 100239874900003, with its registered office at Loft Offices 217, Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In these Terms, "Seven Yachts", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Seven Star Leisure Yachts & Boat Rental L.L.C.
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. Where you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website.
2. Nature of the Website
The website is provided as an information and enquiry platform for services relating to:
- yacht charter;
- yacht sales and purchases;
- yacht management;
- private jet charter;
- private jet sales and purchases;
- private jet management;
- destinations, itineraries and experiences; and
- other related brokerage, advisory and lifestyle services.
The website does not provide an online booking facility. Submitting an enquiry, selecting a yacht or aircraft, saving an item to favourites, requesting information or communicating with Seven Yachts does not constitute a confirmed booking, reservation, purchase or legally binding agreement.
No contract for a yacht charter, aircraft charter, sale, purchase, management service or other service is formed through the website alone.
3. Our Role
Seven Yachts acts as a broker and, where applicable, as an agent acting on behalf of yacht owners, aircraft operators, sellers, buyers, managers or other service providers.
Seven Yachts does not contract as the principal provider of the yachts, aircraft or other third-party services presented through the website.
Any yacht charter, aircraft charter, yacht sale, aircraft sale, management appointment or other transaction will be governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement may be entered into between you and an owner, operator, seller, buyer, manager or other relevant contracting party.
The identity of the relevant contracting party, the role of Seven Yachts and the applicable contractual terms will be communicated separately as part of the enquiry, negotiation or contracting process.
Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and a separately executed charter agreement, sale agreement, purchase agreement, management agreement, operator agreement or other transaction-specific agreement, the transaction-specific agreement will prevail in relation to that transaction.
4. No Offer or Binding Commitment
Nothing contained on the website constitutes:
- a binding offer;
- a confirmed quotation;
- a guarantee of availability;
- a reservation;
- contractual advice;
- financial, investment, tax or legal advice;
- a guarantee that any yacht, aircraft, destination, itinerary or service is suitable for a particular purpose; or
- a representation that a transaction can be completed on any particular terms.
All enquiries are subject to review, availability, applicable law, compliance checks, owner or operator approval, contract, receipt of cleared funds and final written confirmation.
Seven Yachts may accept, reject, suspend or decline to proceed with any enquiry at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
5. Prices and Rates
All prices, charter rates, management costs, purchase prices and other amounts displayed on the website are indicative only.
Where a price is described as "from", it represents an initial or minimum indicative amount and must not be interpreted as a final quotation.
Displayed prices may exclude taxes, value added tax, advance provisioning allowance, fuel, positioning costs, delivery fees, berthing, crew gratuities, catering, ground transport, permits, insurance, payment processing costs, currency conversion charges, bank charges, commissions, operational expenses and other costs.
The final price will depend on factors including availability, dates, duration, route, destination, embarkation and disembarkation points, guest numbers, taxes, operating costs, requested services, owner or operator requirements and contractual terms.
Rates and other information may change at any time without notice.
Only a written quotation issued or expressly confirmed by Seven Yachts as part of a specific enquiry may be relied upon, and that quotation will remain subject to its stated validity period, availability and contract.
6. Availability and Final Confirmation
The appearance of a yacht, aircraft or service on the website does not confirm that it is available.
Availability may change at any time, including after an enquiry has been submitted or a quotation has been provided.
No yacht, aircraft or service is reserved unless and until:
- the applicable contract has been signed by all required parties;
- all required deposits or other payments have been received in cleared funds;
- all required information and documentation have been provided;
- any necessary compliance checks have been completed; and
- written confirmation has been issued by or on behalf of the relevant contracting party.
Seven Yachts does not guarantee that any enquiry will result in a confirmed transaction.
7. Website Information
Seven Yachts aims to present useful and attractive information. However, website content is provided for general information only.
Information concerning yachts, aircraft and services may include descriptions, photographs, videos, plans, specifications, dimensions, capacities, layouts, features, amenities, crew numbers, guest capacities, performance information, cruising areas, operating bases, availability, prices and other details.
Such information may change, may be incomplete and may not always reflect the current condition, specification, location, availability or configuration of the relevant yacht or aircraft.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Yachts does not warrant or represent that website information is:
- complete;
- accurate;
- current;
- error free;
- available at all times;
- suitable for a particular purpose; or
- identical to the final information supplied during the contracting process.
You must confirm all material information directly with Seven Yachts before making a decision, entering into an agreement or incurring costs.
Typographical errors, pricing errors, technical errors and omissions may be corrected at any time without liability.
8. Images, Renderings and Media
Images, videos, layouts, deck plans, illustrations and renderings are provided for general representation only.
Photography may have been taken at an earlier date, under different ownership, following a different refit or while the yacht or aircraft had a different configuration, furnishing, branding or equipment.
Renderings and plans may represent proposed, indicative or alternative layouts.
Seven Yachts does not guarantee that the yacht, aircraft or service will appear exactly as shown on the website.
9. Substitutions and Alternative Options
Where a yacht, aircraft, supplier or service becomes unavailable, Seven Yachts may propose an alternative.
Any proposed alternative is subject to availability, price, suitability, approval and a separate agreement.
Seven Yachts is not obliged to provide a substitute unless expressly required under the applicable transaction-specific agreement.
The unavailability of a listed yacht, aircraft or service does not create an entitlement to compensation under these website Terms.
10. Destinations, Itineraries and Experiences
Destination guides, itineraries, route suggestions, travel ideas and experience descriptions are provided for inspiration and general information only.
They are not guaranteed schedules or navigational commitments.
Any itinerary remains subject to factors including:
- weather and sea conditions;
- air traffic and airport restrictions;
- marina and berth availability;
- port, customs and immigration requirements;
- local regulations;
- operating restrictions;
- safety requirements;
- the condition and capabilities of the yacht or aircraft;
- the availability of third-party suppliers; and
- the professional judgement of the captain, pilot, operator or other responsible professional.
The captain of a yacht retains authority over navigation, safety and the operation of the yacht. Aircraft movements remain subject to the authority and professional judgement of the operator, pilot and relevant aviation authorities.
Routes, timings, destinations and activities may be changed, postponed or cancelled where reasonably necessary for safety, regulatory, operational or weather-related reasons.
11. Travel Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you and all persons travelling under your booking hold all required:
- passports;
- visas;
- travel authorisations;
- permits;
- licences;
- vaccinations;
- medical certificates;
- insurance policies; and
- other documents or approvals.
You are also responsible for complying with immigration, customs, sanctions, health, security, aviation, maritime and local legal requirements.
Seven Yachts does not provide immigration, medical, tax or legal advice unless expressly agreed in writing.
The failure of a traveller to obtain or maintain the required documentation does not automatically entitle that person to a refund.
Any resulting cancellation or loss will be governed by the applicable transaction-specific agreement.
12. Enquiries Submitted for Other Persons
You may submit an enquiry on behalf of another individual, a group, a company or another legal entity only where you are authorised to do so.
By submitting information on behalf of another person, you confirm that:
- you have authority to provide that information;
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- the person has been informed that their information may be communicated to Seven Yachts; and
- you are authorised to communicate and negotiate in relation to the enquiry.
Seven Yachts may request evidence of your identity, authority or corporate capacity before proceeding.
13. Payments
Payments relating to a transaction may be accepted by bank transfer, credit card, cryptocurrency or another method approved by Seven Yachts or the relevant contracting party.
Payment methods remain subject to availability, compliance checks, transaction limits and the terms of any payment provider.
Seven Yachts does not store complete payment card information through the website.
Payments may be processed by banks, payment gateways, cryptocurrency service providers or other third-party payment service providers. Those providers may apply separate terms, verification requirements, fees and privacy policies.
Additional costs may include:
- bank charges;
- card processing charges;
- payment provider charges;
- cryptocurrency network or conversion costs;
- exchange rate differences;
- correspondent bank charges; and
- administrative or transaction costs.
The person making payment is responsible for ensuring that the full required amount is received in the required currency and within the applicable deadline, except where otherwise stated in the relevant agreement.
Seven Yachts may refuse or return a payment where required for legal, regulatory, compliance, operational or risk-related reasons.
14. Cryptocurrency Payments
Where cryptocurrency payment is accepted, additional terms may apply.
Cryptocurrency values may fluctuate. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the amount due will be determined in the contractual currency, and sufficient cryptocurrency must be transferred to settle that amount at the applicable conversion rate.
You remain responsible for wallet accuracy, network fees, transaction delays and any losses resulting from incorrect wallet details or unsupported currencies or networks.
Cryptocurrency payments remain subject to compliance, source of funds and anti-money laundering checks.
A cryptocurrency transaction is not treated as received until the required confirmation and verification process has been completed.
15. Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits, instalments, cancellation rights, refund rights and consequences of non-payment are governed exclusively by the applicable transaction-specific agreement.
The website Terms do not create a separate right to cancel, receive a refund, transfer a booking or recover a deposit.
Payments may be non-refundable where provided in the relevant agreement.
You should review the applicable agreement carefully before signing or making payment.
16. Compliance and Verification
Seven Yachts may carry out or request identity, corporate, sanctions, source of funds, source of wealth, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention and other compliance checks.
Seven Yachts may request additional information or documents where reasonably required.
Seven Yachts may refuse, suspend or terminate discussions where:
- requested information is not provided;
- information cannot be satisfactorily verified;
- a transaction presents a legal, regulatory, sanctions, reputational, financial or security concern;
- Seven Yachts is instructed to do so by a competent authority or relevant contracting party; or
- proceeding would expose Seven Yachts or another person to unreasonable risk.
Seven Yachts is not responsible for losses arising from a reasonable refusal or delay caused by compliance requirements, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Acceptable Use

18. Saved Favourites
The website may allow you to save yachts, aircraft, destinations, experiences or other items as favourites.

- reserve an item;

- create a contract; or
- guarantee that the saved item will remain on the website.
Favourites may be stored through browser technology, cookies, device identifiers, internet protocol information or similar technical methods.
Saved information may be lost if cookies are deleted, a device or browser is changed or website functionality is updated.
19. Communications
When you submit an enquiry, you authorise Seven Yachts to contact you in connection with that enquiry by email, telephone, WhatsApp or another communication channel that you provide or use.
Communications by WhatsApp or similar services may be retained as part of Seven Yachts' business records.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is accurate and that you can lawfully receive communications through the selected channel.

20. Intellectual Property
The Seven Yachts name, logo, branding, website design, structure, arrangement, original written content and other proprietary material are owned by or licensed to Seven Yachts.
Yacht and aircraft photographs, videos, plans, specifications, logos and other media may be owned by third parties and are used with permission, under licence or for legitimate brokerage and promotional purposes.
